IF an issue relates specifically to food preparation, ingredients, portion, packaging or restaurant-level quality, THEN Angel Food Online may coordinate with the restaurant/food partner to resolve the issue. ELSE, if the issue relates to platform functionality, payment processing or another Angel Food Online service, Angel Food Online may investigate and resolve it according to the applicable policy.
Delivery may be handled by Angel Food Online, an independent delivery partner, restaurant personnel or another authorized delivery arrangement, depending on the order. Delivery times displayed on the platform are generally estimates and may be affected by:
IF the delay is caused by a circumstance reasonably within the control of the relevant service provider, Angel Food Online may investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. ELSE, if the delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, the estimated delivery time may be extended without automatically creating a right to compensation.
